Under the patronage and the presence of The Minister of Culture, the Department of English and Translation – Faculty of Humanities at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) & The International Center for Human Sciences (CISH) – UNESCO, Byblos in partnership with Hanns Seidel Stiftung (HSS) organized The International Conference “Language and Translation: Cross-Cultural Contexts” at Notre Dame University-Louaize with the participation of the Association of Certified Public Translators in Lebanon, represented by the President of the Association Mr. Walid Rachid MOUSSALLEM who delivered a speech on Contextualizing Translation in Modern Lebanon.
